This page describes the process of taking your video from concept to completion and what you can expect in between. |
| Step 1 - Contract |
| After a video package has been selected, David will email a contract for you to sign and email/fax back. Half payment is due upon signing of contract and is transferred via PayPal (Paypal is free and can be set up at any time from any computer). Once the first payment is transferred to David, he then begins working on your project. |
| Step 2 - Concept |
| You may have an idea in mind, or you may just have a certain feeling or example of another commercial or promotional video. Whatever the case may be, when conveyed to David, he will then take it and mold it into a living, breathing work of art in the form of a script (Questions about your company will be asked during this step to ensure the informational side of your video maintains a high-quality standard). He will then email this to you for your approval. |
| Step 3 - Prep Work |
| Upon your approval of the script, David will then begin preparing everything needed for your film shoot and will schedule a date to film your video. |
| Step 4 - Filming |
| David will then arrive at your location of choice on the scheduled day of filming (1 1/2 hrs before the time of filming). He will then film everything necessary to cut together a compelling video in the editing room. |
| Step 5 - Editing |
| For the next 3-4 weeks, David will cut together your video based on the script that was written and approved. |
| Step 6 - Preview |
| After the initial edit is complete, David will then upload a private video on YouTube and send you a link for you to see what it looks like. |
| Step 7 - Final |
| If the edit is to your liking, the second and final payment via PayPal will be transferred and David will then make 2 DVD's for you and put the final video files onto a CD for you to use at your discretion (for upload to your website, YouTube, email, etc.). If there are any changes, David will then make them over the course of the next two weeks and then deliver the final discs to you. All deliveries will be shipped within 1-2 business days after final payment transfer. |
