David Templin was born and raised in Arlington, TX, where he now writes, directs and produces commercials, promotional videos and independent films. Being born into an artistic family, with his parents being graphic designers and owners of an art school, he was constantly encouraged to develop his talents. After winning numerous art and film contests throughout his life, David was spurred on to pursue a career in the industry. David graduated with a degree in digital filmmaking in 2007.
